I contacted them because of the deal listed on living social - and wanted clarification. I talked directly with Mike, who answered all my questions and we set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, they didn't show up. I called Mike again - and he said that something happened with his cell phone and he lost all of his customer's info, etc and was waiting for people to call him to reschedule. So I hesitantly made a second appointment.
I have never been able to get my stairs cleaned to my satisfaction - I had explained to Mike that if they can't get it clean, then I don't want them cleaned - I would replace the carpeting. I believe it was Jorge who was here that day - and he did an AMAZING job. The stairs looked awesome, the rest of the rooms were cleaned well as well.
Mike did call that night to make sure things went well - which I appreciated.
The only concern I have is if the only place he stores the information is on his cell phone, then the initial problem I experienced could happen again. Since he did such a great job though, I'm willing to use them the next time I need my carpets cleaned. |
